The Danish, Swedish, & Finnish Navy

Last year, I had the pleasure of attending the ISC CPH, hosted by Insight Events in Copenhagen, Denmark. It actually marked the third time I had attended the event and participated by presenting.

Next week I will be heading off to Copenhagen again, this time to present at the Dubex Summit as I have the pleasure of keynoting their event with my talk on the Dark Side of AI, which examines the various ways that cybercriminals have been using all aspects of AI in their attack vectors.

Denmark has become a country that I’ve had the pleasure of visiting on multiple occasions for work and for family vacations. Particularly, Copenhagen has become a favorite city of mine “over the pond” in the beautiful Scandinavian region. From visiting the Carlsberg museum, Nyhavn and also staying in the harbor in an AirBnB for a few days, touring the rivers, and visiting the many wonderful architectural buildings it’s a city beautiful and rich in history and culture!

Of course, that reminds me of a particular story that I heard recently about the Danish, Swedish and Finnish Navy. They’ve now started to put barcodes on the sides of their battleships and submarines. Why? So when they come back into port, they can Scan-da-navy-in. (Scandinavian)

Have a great day and keep making smart security decisions!

In other news… I’ve got a new logo and branding coming out soon, so stay tuned.
